		DIGITAL IMAGING SERVICE

	Artists can access our digital imaging service and create their own limited editions for sale to galleries or privately under their own arrangements. The Digital Imaging Service can maintain a record of the number of prints issued on behalf of the artist at no extra charge.

TERMS OF BUSINESS

The artist will provide a large or medium format transparency at his/her expense. The artist should accept that the transparency is a true reproduction of the the original. Alternatively if the original is A4 or less then the Digital Imaging Service can scan the artwork direct at no extra cost. The artist should insure his/her transparency/artwork against damage or loss in the post.

The Digital Imaging Service will proof (based on the transparency or the artwork) the agreed image providing up to three attempts within the fee of £50 plus postage. If the third and final proof is not accepted by the artist then the artist will not be charged.

Once the proof is accepted then orders can be accepted on the scale above up to a maximum size of A3 plus, with postage added

Payment must be made in advance by cheque.
